BOOK A 1-1 TRAINING SESSION WITH LEIGH

IN PERSON TRAINING

1 hour sessions dedicated to you and specifically programmed for you. Our sessions together are focused, efficient and meticulous.  Your in person training will be a part of a larger holistic program designed to help you stay on track and meet your goals. You will get everything from diet/nutrition support to a workout schedule and exercise programming with guided videos.  All additional fees are included in the package price.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

1 hour virtual sessions dedicated to meet your goals. Our sessions together are focused, efficient and meticulous.  Your virtual  training will be done via face-time or google meets and will be a part of a holistic program designed to help you stay on track and meet your goals. You will get everything from diet/nutrition support to a workout schedule and exercise programming with guided videos.   All additional fees are included in the package price.

An in-person client can use a package to pay for virtual sessions but session price will remain the same.
